Long Course Saturday August 23rd

Total Expected: 900

The Santa Barbara Long Course Triathlon is one of the most beautiful and challenging courses in the country. It's unique distance gives athletes a great opportunity to step it up and test their speed on a longer course. The generally calm ocean swim leads way to a deceptively challenging bike course and solid run course. Come test your skills.

This is a beautiful and fun race.  If you want flat, this is not the race for you.

I think it's 3,500 feet of climbing.  Here's the race report I wrote last year.  A few of us did this race last year:  Me (Loren Pokorny), Ian 'Huggy Bear' and Sally 'T1' Charles.

Be there.

Rex & Co

The equity in your home is only there because you built it. Now REX & Co. can help you make the most of it—without interest charges, monthly payments, or debt of any kind. The REX Agreement makes this possible as much for what it is not, as for what it is.

The REX Agreement is not a reverse mortgage, nor is it a loan of any kind. It is a real estate investment agreement—in the form of a purchase option—that enables you to convert a portion of your home’s equity into cash that you can use for any purpose. In exchange, you agree to give REX & Co. the option to share in a specified percentage of the future increase or decrease in the home’s value. If the home increases in value, REX & Co. shares in the gain. If the home declines in value, REX & Co. shares in the loss. It’s that simple.
