Weekend Training: Feb 16 & 17

It looks like we'll have some continued great bay area weather!

weather

Saturday:

The team ride will happen as planned:

Woodlands Market, but meet in back parking lot on College of Marin side) Marshall Loop or other. "No drop" policy in place, but only as far as San Geronimo Golf Course then ride splits into two or more groups.

I'd encourage anyone NOT on a race build up to join them as the pace isn't too bad for anyone building their base.  I'll be out there next weekend for an easy ride.

Because I'm still on one of my last weeks of Oceanside 70.3 build ups - I'll like be out solo for 3.5-4 hours in Z2/3 with hills at Z4.  I'll try to head out of Tiburon by 7am and hit Nicasio and Pt. Reyes plus a few other roads to explore.  Following this ride will be a 30 min brick run at race pace or harder.

Sunday:

This is a long run day - so I'll be running the Tiburon and Belvedere loop (about 13 miles) with a goal of running 100 mins.  Sunday evening will be a spirited run to shake out the legs at Z4 for 40 mins.  It would be fun to have some company though I can't honestly say that the pace is one to make for a social run.  Come join me for one of these - even for half of one!

Rex & Co

The equity in your home is only there because you built it. Now REX & Co. can help you make the most of it—without interest charges, monthly payments, or debt of any kind. The REX Agreement makes this possible as much for what it is not, as for what it is.

The REX Agreement is not a reverse mortgage, nor is it a loan of any kind. It is a real estate investment agreement—in the form of a purchase option—that enables you to convert a portion of your home’s equity into cash that you can use for any purpose. In exchange, you agree to give REX & Co. the option to share in a specified percentage of the future increase or decrease in the home’s value. If the home increases in value, REX & Co. shares in the gain. If the home declines in value, REX & Co. shares in the loss. It’s that simple.
